Numerical simulation of self-propelled solids in a viscous incompressible fluid (Application)

Conducted by

Jean-Baptiste Tavernier

Description

The aim of the project is to perform numerical simulations of a fluid/structure interaction system modeling the fish-like swimming. The numerical method is based on finite elements for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations coupled with the dynamics for the immersed solids.
