How to ask for a new common access?
- Use the same procedure than the one for asking for enhancements
- If accepted, an admin will register an enhancement bug over the Web proxy component
- The new access will be available as soon as the previous bug is fixed (it means as soon as each top-level proxy is updated)
Site-specific accesses
External web accesses available on a specific site (eg. not available accross the whole grid).
How to know what specific accesses are available on a given site?
- Connect to a cluster's frontend of this site
- Watch the Message Of The Day displayed once connected
- If specific accesses are available on this site the MOTD should refer to a file describing these accesses
- Read the referred file, if it exists, to know what is provided by the site
How to ask for a new site-specific access?
- Contact by mail the staff of the chosen site and explain your need
- If accepted, an admin of this site will register an enhancement bug over its site component
- The new access will be available as soon as the previous bug is fixed (it means as soon the proxy of the site and the description file are updated)
